About

Engineering rigour, applied to real projects.

I'm a results oriented project manager with an electrical & electronics engineering background. I've worked on both sides of the wall: on the manufacturing floor, where I managed R&D and production processes for consumer electronics, and on construction and renovation projects in Vancouver, where I estimate, coordinate and inspect.

What I bring is the habit of measuring before deciding, whether that means quantity takeoffs, cost and budget analyses, site inspections or technical reports, and the calm to keep cross functional teams aligned when timelines get tight. I optimize workflows with Lean Manufacturing principles and I write documentation people actually use.
